New "Brushed Metal" Theme

There is a new theme available for viewing the forums. All features have remained intact with this new "Brushed Metal" theme.

It can be selected by using the drop-down box located at the bottom of the forums. "Square Extreme Modern" is the name of the theme, very similar to the Halloween theme provided just a few days ago. :)

Since its brushed metal like OS X, I'm tempted to rename it "SX Leopard"

I don't think its perfect, but its a change, which is sometimes needed. I just need to get some of the icons updated.
