If you want humerous anime go for Love Hina or Jubei-Chan Ninja Girl. I'm currently watching Jubei-Chan. It's really dissapointing though but funny.

good luck finding decent hack sign d/ls at decent speeds now days though. That series is quite old and finding torrents/shared files for it are quite hard. I'm sure they exist somewhere though.

Dragon Girl if you want to kenshin I reccomend you start with the OVA's. They set the plot so you'll understand the series alot better plus the OVA's are really cool. But only watch trust/betryal Don't see reflections untill you've seen atleast half of the series or else you'll ruin it for yourself.

I had only seen four episodes of legend of kyoto when I watched reflection. Yup, talk abot spoilers :D
But I couldn't be angry at my self because it was very good. kinda sad but I liked it alot. Good ending to the Himura Kenshin saga.

Buy a DVD player. There all out up to vol 17 on DVD. Except I ran out of money and don't have a job so I can't buy them.

actually watching the ova's pretty much destroys the tv series experience just because the ovas have so much more quality and you go into the tv series expecting more, but all you get is a dbz esque action anime XD

the second ova's or "reflections" as I guess they're called sucked too though . . . just didn't seem to have the high production standards that the first set of ova's did. The only really well animated part of the second ova series is the fight between enishi and Kenshi (or something like that)

they're still not done releasing all the Kenshin dvd's? wow. I know there's like 43432423 episodes, but i thought they were done by now.

I've a dvd player and of course my kenshin volymes are on dvd. Who would buy something in vhs nowdays anyway?
Anime isn't really big here were I live. I have only one place were I can buy anime from and they don't have vol 9 at the moment so...

I quite liked Yu-gi-oh until I got scammed on "unofficial cards" I found a pack of cards for $3 at the local milkbar, I thought I'd found a bargain and got lots of packs only to discover that they were not official ones when I went to sell them at the market. Beware of the immations....

Only seen a couple of nadesico episodes be the loved the drunken chic. The one that was "canned."

Speaking of animes... I did an all-nighter of the evangellion. Watched ever single episode-start to finish (my poor PS2)... but on the last episode my eyes were going so funny from all the different scenes that were flashing in his mind that I had to close them and totally missed what the ending was all about.

Looked up thundercats on amazon but i don't live in us or canada so i probably wouldn't be able to watch them anyway... (sigh...)

There's a new movie I've been seeing previews of called Underworld. The main star is a female vampire, she dresses in all black, and she kills werewolves that can morph into humans.

Does this sound like Blood: The Last Vampire or what?

It does alot but Blood wasn't that good it was really short a bit like sin. Blood had so much more potencial.

I enjoyed Blood for what it was. It would have been nice if it had been a bit longer, but the quality of the overall visual production could have suffered from spreading the budget out to create additional minutes (assuming they didn't raise the budget). A story reversal would've been nice, though. . . . Blood was just a straight one-goal story, which doesn't carry the punch of a good plot twist. It felt more like the first episode in a series, I guess.

On the other hand, Sin just sucked. I wish I hadn't given in to the fanboy hype when I was at the DVD store. :(

i don't believe sin was even produced in japan, so its hardly anime.

nadesico movie is completely different from the tv series.

evangelion's last two eps are not as @@@@ed up as people say they are. just pay attention. everything makes sense. if anything the movie confuses more than helps the understanding (which was actually he only reason the movie was made, to spoon feed people what actually happened)

That's so true YukiEiri. The Eva movies are a much better watch. Though I did feel a little cheated on death and rebirth.
