Sorry about the borders, I can't figure out how to make it smaller without blurrring the image. This is weird though...

Sinse when could guests carry out "moderating duties" and use the PM system!?
Maybe I'm mistaken and guests can PM, but moderate? What's going on!?

You mean like, they pressed "mod cp" and then left it on the page saying "You do not have access to this page" or whatever? Sneaky.

I had a spider once. a beutifal thing it was. I wonder what happened to it.
